The rate depends on the work to be done and whether any parts need to be ordered. In fact, every computer problem is unique, which is why we advise you to just

When you come to us, we are happy to tell you that the examination with us is free of charge, provided you have the repair done with us. If you still decide not to have the repair done, we will charge an investigation fee of €50. You can pay this amount when you pick up your device. We understand that this may be annoying, but remember that you always have the freedom to choose whether or not you want us to examine it. After all, you’re coming to get your device repaired, right?

Home computer help

If you can’t come to our location at 81 Piet Heinstraat in Hengelo, we also offer premium computer help at home service. We prepare the job, come to you, solve the problem quickly and efficiently, and you can pay afterwards with PIN. That way you can quickly pick up where you left off. Please note that your device must still be able to be turned on before we visit. If this is not the case, we will gladly pick up the device from you and return it to you. For repairs requiring tools, we do not offer home service. Please note that we do not provide service for printers.

Home appointments are always charged a call-out fee according to the rates below. It is also possible to have us pick up and return your equipment.

  • Computer help at home call-out fee: €50 within the Twente region. For assignments outside Twente, costs will be determined by mutual agreement.
  • Computer help at home service: €25 per 15 minutes (starting rate is €50, this includes the first 30 minutes of service)
