When you come to us or call us, we will be happy to tell you that the examination with us is free of charge, provided you have the repair or installation done with us. If you still decide not to have the repair or installation done, we charge an investigation fee of €50.
We always communicate with you first what our findings regarding your slow computer are and what the total cost will be.
After our preliminary investigation and your agreement on the total price, we get to work on your broken laptop or computer. We are going to make sure that everything is handled neatly, for this we guarantee. Payment can be made by PIN in arrears.
After your slow computer or laptop comes to us, it will function as you were used to and you can come and pick it up from us. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied.
Of course, prevention is always better than cure. Therefore, we advise our customers to always secure the computer to the maximum extent possible and also periodically
maintenance
to be performed.
