At De Computerman Twente you can get your damaged laptop or computer to be examined.
A computer consists of many different parts. One or more defective parts can leave you with a damaged laptop or computer that no longer functions the way you’re used to. Fortunately, we can often solve problems by replacing one or more defective parts or making a modification. Should you have a damaged laptop or computer, we are here to replace or repair the broken parts.

When you come to us or call us, we will be happy to tell you that the examination with us is free of charge, provided you have the repair or installation done with us. If you still decide not to have the repair or installation done, we charge an investigation fee of €50.
We always communicate with you first what our findings regarding your damaged computer are and what the total cost will be.
After the preliminary examination and your agreement on the total price, we get to work on your damaged laptop or computer. We are going to make sure that everything is handled neatly, for this we guarantee. Payment can be made by PIN in arrears.
After your damaged computer or laptop is brought to us, it will function again as you were used to and you can pick it up from us. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied.
Of course, prevention is always better than cure. Therefore, we advise our customers to always secure the computer to the maximum extent possible and also periodically
maintenance
to be performed.
