When you purchase a computer, it probably only has the default operating program on it. This could be Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOs, for example. To perform daily tasks well, it is convenient to purchase a Microsoft Office package. This includes programs such as Word for text editing, Excel for your accounting and Outlook to connect your e-mail to. It is not mandatory, but it is convenient.
An enormous number of different programs can be installed on a computer, this can sometimes be very complicated. Fortunately, we can install all the necessary programs for you. For that, you’ve come to the right place at De Computerman Twente. Should you need a program on your computer, but can’t do it yourself. Then we are here to install the program on your computer.

When you come to us or call us, we will be happy to tell you that the examination with us is free of charge, provided you have the repair or installation done with us. If you still decide not to have the repair or installation done, we charge an investigation fee of €50.
We always communicate with you first what our findings are, what the total cost is going to be, and then keep you informed about the further process.
After our preliminary investigation and your agreement on the total price, we get to work on your broken laptop or computer. We are going to make sure that everything is handled neatly, for this we guarantee. Payment can be made by PIN in arrears.
After the repair or installation, your computer will function as you used to and can be picked up from us. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied.
Of course, prevention is always better than cure. Therefore, we advise our customers to always secure the computer to the maximum extent possible and also periodically
maintenance
to be performed.
