Free research, provided we can work for you

When you come to us or call us, we will be happy to tell you that the examination with us is free of charge, provided you have the repair or installation done with us. If you still decide not to have the repair or installation done, we charge an investigation fee of €50.

Discussing the possibilities

We always communicate with you first what our findings regarding your crashed laptop or computer are and what the total cost will be.

Repair and installation

After our preliminary investigation and your agreement on the total price, we get to work on your broken laptop or computer. We are going to make sure that everything is handled neatly, for this we guarantee. Payment can be made by PIN in arrears.

Your computer back to normal

After your crashed computer or laptop is brought to us, it will function again as you were used to and you can pick it up from us. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied.

How do you prevent a crashed laptop or computer?

Of course, prevention is always better than cure. Therefore, we advise our customers to always secure the computer to the maximum extent possible and also periodically
maintenance
 to be performed.

  • Never put your devices in unsafe places, such as within reach of pets
  • Always be careful with liquids and food near your computer
  • Have your computer serviced regularly, this will prolong its lifespan
