When you come to us or call us, we will be happy to tell you that the examination with us is free of charge, provided you have the repair or installation done with us. If you still decide not to have the repair or installation done, we charge an investigation fee of €50. You can pay this amount when you pick up your device. We understand that this may be annoying, but remember that you always have the freedom to choose whether or not you want us to examine it. After all, you come for the repair or installation of your device, right?
